Workshop – Task 2

The Task in Japan is an organization uniting artisans, designers, and researchers in the field of traditional washi paper. Their mission is to preserve and promote this ancient craft, recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. Through collaborations with contemporary creators and educational initiatives, the Task ensures the longevity of age-old techniques while integrating them into the modern needs of design and craftsmanship.
